Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the group expense settlement features provided by DONDOKHAM (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" means a person who signs in to the Service with a Google account and uses the Service.
• "Settlement room" means a unit a user creates to record and settle expenses and shares.
• "Settlement data" means the expenses, participants, and share information recorded in a settlement room.
• "Storage keeper" means the user who owns the Google Drive where a settlement room's files are stored. Initially this is the user who created the room, and it can be transferred between participants.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These terms take effect upon being posted on the Service. The Service may amend the terms within the bounds of applicable law, and will announce the amended contents and effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes agreement to the amended terms.

Article 4 (Service Contents and Data Storage)

The Service calculates users' expenses and shares and presents settlement results. Settlement data is stored in the storage keeper's Google Drive, and information entered by invited participants is also stored in that keeper's Drive. The Service operator does not permanently store settlement data in any separate database. Google account authentication details and data may be handled transiently while the Service operates.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

• Users are responsible for the content and legality of files they upload, such as receipts, and must not upload files containing sensitive personal information of others.
• When inviting or recording other people in a settlement room, users must not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
• Users must not arbitrarily change or delete the file and folder structure the Service creates in Google Drive in a way that interferes with the operation of the Service.
• Enabling guest view is the storage keeper's decision. The keeper should confirm that participants agree before turning it on, and users who share the view link and passcode are responsible for the consequences of doing so.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

Settlement results presented by the Service are reference material calculated from information entered by users. Actual money transfers take place under the responsibility of the users involved, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is not liable for data loss or disputes caused by input errors, users' Google Drive settings, or file deletion and permission changes.

Article 7 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service)

The Service may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Because settlement data remains in the user's Google Drive, users can still access it directly even if the Service is suspended.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Contact)

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Service operator is MOD PING, and inquiries about the Service can be sent to modping373@gmail.com.
