Most in-messenger settlement features and quick split calculators start from "divide the total by the number of people," and go as far as subtracting one fixed amount. Add one more condition and you are back to a calculator.

DONDOKHAM lets you pick exactly who shares each expense, and mix fixed amounts with percentages. Amounts that do not divide evenly are distributed down to the smallest unit by a fixed rule, so the totals always add up.

When you record as you go — together

Many tools treat settling up as something you do once, at the end. Collecting receipts and memories on the last day breaks down past about twenty entries. Features that import payment history only work when everyone used one specific payment method.

With DONDOKHAM you can log each payment as it happens, or enter everything at once — and more importantly, each participant can add their own payments. No one person has to collect it all, and it does not matter whether people paid by cash, card, or a payment app.

When settling takes more than one round

When a tool calculates once and stops, any change after a transfer means starting over — subtracting what was already sent from memory, which is exactly where things get uncomfortable.

In DONDOKHAM, marking a transfer as sent records it in the ledger. When new expenses are added, only the remaining balance after what was already sent is proposed again, so settling in several rounds stays clean.

When not everyone will sign up

A tool that requires everyone to install and register fails the moment one person declines.

In DONDOKHAM, people without an account can be added as participants by name alone and included in the split. For those who only need to see the result, a view link with a six-digit passcode shows the settlement read-only, with no sign-in.

Your data stays in your Google Drive

A settlement record contains who spent what, where, and when. DONDOKHAM stores that data as a spreadsheet in the Google Drive of the person who created the settlement room — not on our servers. Our server only handles sign-in.

The record stays yours regardless of the service. You can open the sheet directly at any time, and deleting the file is your call.
